Palm Beach Residences

The development of four multi-residential villas in Palm Beach presented challenges, including raised ground floor levels for overland flow and strict height constraints. Despite these limitations, the project successfully delivered four luxury villas, each with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a double car garage, through the use of open split-level planning.
The architectural design combines monolithic and delicate elements in a sophisticated manner. To achieve a balance between the solidity of the three-story building's mid-level solid box and a more refined appearance, the façade was designed to be delicate and lightweight.
